Personal Growth and Professional Develoment 1

This course is designed to facilitate the development of skills that will prepare students for success at college and in field placement. In this course, students will learn how to access various institutional services, resources and supports in order that they feel oriented and integrated within the college. Students will be introduced to the fieldwork placement component of the CICE program and will prepare for success in field placement by completing college mandated safety modules. Students will develop skills in social and workplace etiquette, communication, resume writing, and interview techniques.
