This course provides an overview of the risks inherent in deploying a wireless network infrastructure along with the tools and techniques that are used to help mitigate these risks. It provides both a theoretical understanding of the threats as well as the hands-on skills necessary to protect data and enterprise resources from compromise. Wireless infrastructure continues to gain prominence and utilization within business network infrastructures and inherent in that environment are unique vulnerabilities and security concerns. Learners will focus on visualizing these concerns and hardening against exploits, both currently known and emerging. This course helps prepare students for wireless components utilized in subsequent courses.
