Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Communications

Students explore the framework of developing diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) internal and external communications. Using case studies, end-user simulations and software creation and testing applications, students apply inclusive language, while creating accessible and AODA-compliant documents, spreadsheets, presentations, videos, infographics and podcasts.
