All Call Centre Communicators deal with internal and external customers throughout their careers. Through studying customer service students will develop problem solving skills, and formulate strategies for dealing effectively with a diverse range of customers. Students will discuss the relationship between empowerment, communications, motivation, and leadership in customer retention and recovery. They will also learn how excellent customer service supports their career choice and ability to advance.
