Law Enforcement Leadership and Management

This course is designed to allow learners to develop their leadership skills. These skills are essential within law enforcement. Theories & processes associated to leadership will be explored. Learners will receive practical opportunities to explore their leadership potential, and in doing so, will enhance themselves and the people around them. Course work will assist the learner to identify and evaluate the attributes they possess in relation to law enforcement hiring requirements and practices.
