10 Steps to Successful Selling! Active listening, relationship building and overcoming objections are skills that will be developed as part of the sales consultation. This course utilizes scenarios and role play,an in depth step by step guide to the selling process along with best practices, to teach students how to manage client experience with confidence. Students learn closing, upselling and follow up techniques to ensure sales and client service skills are honed. They will also learn how to create, exude and maintain a professional image in the cosmetics and fragrance selling environment.
