In this introductory client management course, students begin to understand the relationship selling process from prospecting through to after-sales care. Students learn critical sales techniques, and presentation skills tailored to the target audience. Students will understand consumer buying behaviours, communication skills, objection handling methods and closing techniques and then apply their learnings in the sales process. Students demonstrate their knowledge and acquired skills in sales scenarios designed to emulate real life situations, giving students an opportunity to analyze a situation and evaluate the proper techniques to lead to a successful outcome.
