Project Quality Management

This course provides students with baseline knowledge on building quality into project processes and deliverables to satisfy customer needs while considering the quality of the project and product as part of a system. The PMI standards and principles that guide the project manager's behavior within the project performance domains offer students fundamental norms, truth, and value to put towards achieving quality project outcomes. Participants will practice identifying, writing, analyzing, and managing project requirements and deploying proven tools and techniques for planning, managing and controlling quality.
