Study the process of interest-based conflict resolution and develop the foundational communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build agreement and work collaboratively towards mutually agreeable outcomes in the workplace. The Mental Health First Aid section of the course provides information that will improve mental health literacy, and the skills required to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, family members, friends, or colleagues. Students who attend the entire 9 hours of Mental Health First Aid education will receive a Mental Health First Aid Certificate.
