Project Cost Management

Project Cost Management involves formulating, estimating, evaluating and documenting project costs within the project budget plan. The course will cover principles, standards, processes and techniques that are required in analyzing and influencing the budgeting performance of projects. The key topics covered include the fundamentals of project budget determination, estimating techniques, activity-based costing principles and techniques, financial feasibility assessment models, Earned Value Management (EVM), Variance and Trend Analysis Techniques.
