Office Professionalism 2

Students will continue to apply appropriate best practices of office professionalism by learning how to improve oral communication and customer service skills, networking with others, and developing professional behaviour and relationships in a working environment. They will also expand their knowledge of professionalism through lectures, discussions, simulations, and case studies.
