Dental Hygiene Theory 2

Developing the dental hygiene student's knowledge of the dental hygiene process occurs within this course of study. Topics include: assessment of the periodontal tissues, dentition, and oral deposits along with an introduction to dental hygiene diagnosis, care planning, implementation and evaluation phases. Concepts studied in other courses will be integrated to prepare students for the practical application of dental hygiene process of care.
