Wills and Estates 1

Students examine the role and responsibility of law clerks and the Ontario statutory authority in drafting and finalizing wills, powers of attorney and trusts. Students employ the basic principles and procedures, foundational estate planning principles and evaluate the validity of common will clauses to prepare routine legal documents.
