Contracts and Torts 2

Students analyze the development and evolution of Tort law. Emphasis is on the use of the case method to explore how completed contracts are breached, impeached, interpreted and enforced. Students employ the strategies of debate to discuss the outcomes of various cases, using research to support their viewpoint.
