This course introduces students to the role of IT in business, emphasizing the concept of adding value to an organization. Utilizing the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standard, the course explores best practices in the delivery of services within an IT department. Students will engage in setting up, monitoring, and maintaining IT services in real-world scenarios.
