Students examine the role and responsibility to provide initial and ongoing services required by clients of law clerks in a corporate law environment. Students explore the characteristics, history and function of incorporated, unincorporated and charitable business entities. Students create an Ontario Non-offering corporation, choose an appropriate legal name, draft articles of incorporation and file with the appropriate ministry or government service provider.
