Campus Conflict Resolution Services I and II provide an experiential learning opportunity for students to participate in the full operation of the Campus Conflict Resolution Services. Operational activities may include promotion, record keeping, design and delivery of conflict resolution presentations, customized workshops, individualized conflict coaching, negotiation preparation, pre-mediation and mediation activities, and other dispute resolution-based activities as requested by the campus community. Students will have the opportunity to reflect upon their involvement as a practitioner in the CCRS experience.
