HVAC Heat Systems

This course examines the basic concepts of heating, ventilation and indoor air quality in homes and small commercial buildings. Students will learn about the most common types of residential heating, ventilation and how new concepts are changing the equipment that is used. Students will understand how heat and energy move in a building and how the mechanical systems impact in the overall health and efficiency.
