Ethics and Code Of Conduct

In this course, students explore the concepts of professional identity and professional responsibility as it relates to the massage therapy profession in Ontario. Students discover what a massage therapist is, knows, does, and values. Students discuss general concepts of self-awareness, ethics, morals, and values. Cases allow students to engage with a clinical decision-making model that is ethical, outcome based and evidence informed.
