This course will address the exposure and control of outdoor and indoor air pollution, toxic metals, pesticides, radiation and occupational stressors, analyze impacts of other health hazards, environmental and biological monitoring, setting and using hygiene standards, emerging threats related to chemical, biological, physical, environmental and ergonomic stresses in the work environment. Students will develop a conceptual framework for toxicology and the knowledge and relevant skills required in the management of hazards.
