This course will focus on how organizational environmental health and safety programs are developed, designed, implemented, and evaluated. Organizational programs help to improve working conditions and employee health and well-being through changing the way work is organized, designed, and managed. Students will be able to collect data, perform trend analyseis on existing programs and use other evaluation models and designs to ensure informed decisions are made on most important issues. Students will look at implementing and that interventions are implemented in existing and new programs using leadership skills to achieve the most desired outcomes and meet regulatory compliance.
