Animal Clinical Nursing and Medicine

This course provides students with an overview of animal clinical nursing and medicine. Topics covered will include preventative medicine, various diseases and caring for the hospitalized patient. Some aspects of emergency and critical care as well as euthanasia will be addressed. The knowledge students acquire in this course will allow them to participate in the medical care and treatment of animals in a variety of settings.
