Ethics and Professional Practice

Students will examine professional, legal, and ethical guidelines as it pertains to the field of human services and mental health. Students will explore the relevant guidelines from associated agencies and organizations that affect the professional practitioner in the field of community mental health. Discussion and exploration of competency profiles and cases support developing scope of practice.
