Fire Safety Systems Lab 2

Students explore advanced wiring techniques, trouble shooting, installation and commissioning of fire protection equipment. Students apply the codes and standards, use tools and test equipment to solve advanced, yet common faults. Students complete fire alarm inspections and verifications as per CAN/ULC – S536 and CAN/ULC-S537. They conduct inspections of dry, wet, pre-action, standpipe inspections, conduct flow tests, and complete partial and full trips on sprinkler systems as per NFPA 25.
