Building Layout and Planning

A properly executed renovation project begins with planning. The focus of this course will be on the layout and planning of a renovation project. Attention to construction details based on drawings, by-laws neighbouring properties and code specific conditions. The student will learn to plan and layout a renovated structure. In class, projects will have a strong emphasis on the best overall results for the client while complying with codes and requirements.
