Building on the principles learned in HLTH 1205 students will continue to develop their fitness level through regular instructor-led workouts, focusing on the elements of the PREP, PARE, Police Fitness test, FITCO and OPFA testing. Students will gain an understanding of nutrition and body composition and its relationship to their fitness level including introduction resilience training for mental wellness. Students will continue to prepare to successfully challenge the various physical Bona Fide Occupational Requirements (BFOR) for constable selection.
