Family Law

Students analyze the roles, rights and responsibilities of the parties involved in family law proceedings in Ontario by examining the legislation for marriage, cohabitation, separation, divorce, custody and access, and division of family property. Emphasis is on the use of industry software to prepare documents in accordance with the Ontario Family Law Rules.
