Project Management

This course introduces students to the process of planning and managing a project effectively and efficiently. Students will participate in includes initiating, managing and supporting a project that aims to aid a business goal or initiative. This is a skill that is vital both inside and outside of the IT profession and can also be utilized to aid students with being successful in their own endeavours.
