Utilizing a number of wellness themes and building on concepts investigated and learned in HLTH 2106, student experience will combine both self-directed training and weekly instructor led learning. Students will continue to be encouraged to adopt fitness into their lifestyle as they enhance their knowledge and ability to complete a number of industry adopted fitness measurements.
