Managing A Renovation

Taking control of and planning a successful renovation project requires a firm grasp of the processes involved from concept and design to completion. In this course, students will learn scheduling principles along with costing and budget management. They will also explore legal requirements, the rights and responsibilities of a contractor and the client.
