Spa Business Management

Students will explore the management skills required to effectively oversee various spa business models and examine the qualifications required for each setting. This course covers leadership roles and responsibilities involved at the management level, which includes revenue generation, profit and loss, along with planning activities to meet spa financial goals. An emphasis is placed on exploring personality types for the purpose of effective hiring practices, team development and managing employee conflict.
