Paramedic Clinical 2 continues from Clinical 1 by introducing interviewing and assessment skills specific to a patient's medical history in a stable geriatric patient. patient histories are then validated by reviewing patient records. This rotation lays further groundwork for future clinical experiences as a Primary Care Paramedic student. An understanding of how to appropriately approach and communicate with patients and acquire accurate patient histories and basic assessments is another essential building block for all Paramedics.
