Gas Tech Running A Small Business

This course is made up of three units, Managing for Results, Administration, and Teambuilding and Leadership. This course will introduce basic management practices, both effective and ineffective. The student will further explore decision-making models, and delegation. Finally, the student will understand what makes an effective leader, and examine what leadership skills they possess.
