This course allows students to explore aspects of themselves that influence their CYC practice. Students will examine the concepts of self-awareness, self-care, self-reflection, and self-development. Through interactive and reflective practice, strategies to assess, develop, and maintain a healthy lifestyle will be explored. Through ongoing learning, reflection and application, students will have the opportunity to heighten their level of personal insight, identify areas for personal growth and recognize the impact of self in relation to others.
