In our third-year HR Field Placement course, students have the exciting opportunity to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of Human Resources. Rather than just learning theory in the classroom, they step into the real-world environment of HR professionals. For two days each week, students work alongside seasoned experts at a host employer's location. This hands-on experience allows them to network, develop practical skills, contribute to meaningful HR projects, and gain insights that go beyond textbooks.
