One of the key strengths of the Sport Management program is field placement which offers students the unique opportunity to combine practical work experiences and learning opportunities linking theory to practice. The placement will be with a sport-related business or organization in any of the industry sectors: pro sport, amateur sport, community sport, school sport, sport facilities, sporting goods, sport and event partners. Students work 500 hours at a field placement agency from January to April for a sport-related business or organization. The field placement allows students to work with and learn from professionals in the sport field.
