Plans Examination

Students analyze construction drawings through the point of view of fire prevention and life safety. Emphasis is on passive and active fire protection measures. Students interpret and review architectural plans and drawings for the approval of construction permits. Students will have the opportunity to obtain certification from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal and Emergency Management, upon successful completion of this course.
