Organizational Behaviour Management

This course will introduce students to the study of Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM). OBM, or Performance Management, is the application of the principles of behavioural science to organizational practices, such as, performance feedback, training, safety, and quality assurance measures. Students will explore a range of contemporary research related to the field of OBM and design strategies for addressing organizational issues using OBM assessment and treatment interventions
