In this course, students will learn about the development of the Canadian radio industry infrastructure, CRTC regulations, formats, radio station operations, audience determinants, revenue sources, promotions and networking, programming, and show production. Students will develop an in-depth understanding of traditional and emerging media platforms in contemporary radio.
