Integrated Supply Chain Management

Apply and consolidate Supply Chain and Operations Management knowledge and skills by acting as the management team for a fictitious company. Using a computerized simulation game, work in teams to develop strategic objectives and then make integrated decisions over time that will achieve those objectives. This course will require students to focus on coordinated decision-making, problem-solving, and team dynamics in order to achieve overall business profitability, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
