This course explains the strategies for international expansion and examines the factors that a business needs to consider while making expansion decisions. International market evaluations, entry modes, and international alliances will be discussed. There will be an emphasis on how marketing mix strategy decisions might differ in the international arena from the domestic market and an exploration as to what factors impact these decisions.
