This course uses a case analysis approach for students to ultimately solve various marketing problems. It provides them with a model for case analysis and problem solving that includes: comprehending the situation, defining the problem, identifying the cause of the problem, generating alternative solutions, choosing and making a recommendation and taking action. The cases range in length to enable small and large group work to be completed.
