Art Survey II (20th Century to Contemporary)

This course provides a thematic overview of artists, art works and art movements from the 20th and 21st centuries. This course introduces the student to the major historical images, monuments and movements of world art with an emphasis on form, style, expression and cultural meaning. The course also introduces the student to art historical vocabulary and various methods of art historical research.
