Environmental Project Management

This course serves as an introduction to the principles and basic concepts of Environmental Project Management. Topics covered include: Development of Project Teams, Project Procurement, Project Budgeting and Timelines, Project Communications, and Project Risk Management. Throughout the course, students will further develop their computer software skills in assignments that require the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.
