Before completing the online steps below, keep in mind the following deadlines:

• Students must sign up 7 days (at minimum) before all tests and mid-terms.
• Sign up for tests/mid-terms/quizzes at the beginning of the term when course outlines are received.

1. Complete test and mid-term sign-up online.
2. Complete the 6 sections of the Test Centre Request form entitled ‘Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz.’
3. Check your DC Mail email inbox for a confirmation email.
4. Print off the confirmation of the booking email for your records. Your faculty representative will receive an automatic confirmation of your booking. We also encourage you to review your “upcoming events” on the booking page.

Please note that students who miss the 7-day window to sign up may be required to write with their class.
