DCSA – Let’s Talk Day for Mental Health with Keynote Speaker Sam Demma

Join DCSA, along with Durham College partners and local community partners, for Sam Demma Keynote Speaker.

Sam’s message focuses on empathy, hope, and mental health, encouraging individuals to reflect on and adjust their personal thoughts and actions to cultivate kindness. All are welcome at this event.

Refreshments, Conversation, Meet & Greet – 3 pm
