Hybrid Opportunities

Durham College is pleased to provide a Remote Work policy which recognizes that while all employees are expected to have on-campus presence in the performance of their work, in some instances, position responsibilities can be performed effectively both in-person and remotely. Employees may request a hybrid work schedule for consideration and approval by their senior manager on a case-by-case basis.
