HR Careers Applicant FAQs How do I apply to a job posting? Please submit an application complete with a resume to each job that you would like to apply to through our online portal within the deadline (if applicable). Applications sent via email or in-person will not be accepted. Our applicant tracking system uses “resume parsing” to generate an employment application. Applicants are required to upload a resume (PDF or Word format) for all positions when submitting an application. Please note that some positions may also have additional special instructions, which are the responsibility of the applicant to follow. Files can be changed for subsequent applications as each are independent submissions in the applicant tracking system. When I try to open the job on the Careers site, it will not open properly. What should I do? This could be your browser we recommend using Google Chrome where possible. HOW DO I KNOW MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED? You will receive a confirmation e-mail from ‘no-reply@csod’ indicating that we have received your application. It is recommended that you create an applicant profile where you can easily view your application history and status when logged onto your profile. You can ‘create profile’ before applying to the job and if you choose not to you will be prompted by the system via email once your application has been received. CAN I MAKE REVISIONS TO MY RESUME ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED? Once you have submitted your application and attachments you will not be able edit it, so please proofread it carefully.
