Electronic Review Verification – ERV

Students starting their program of study in September 2023, for the programs listed below will be required to complete the Electronic Review Verification (ERV) process with Verified by Synergy Gateway. Please review your program ERV Information Package below.

• ADMH – Addictions and Mental Health ERV Information Package
• ATBS - Autism and Behavioural Sciences ERV Information Package
• BHTN - Behavioural Science Technician ERV Information Package
• CYC – Child and Youth Care ERV Information Package
• DSW – Developmental Service Worker ERV Information Package
• ECE – Early Childhood Education ERV Information Package
• ECEE - Early Childhood Education (childcare worker stream) ERV Information Package
• LAW - Advanced Law Enforcement and Investigations ERV Information Package
• POFD - Police Foundations ERV Information Package - Year 2 
• SSW – Social Service Worker ERV Information Package
• VICT – Victim Justice Intervention ERV Information Package
• YJI - Youth Justice and Interventions ERV Information Package

Access to Verified by Synergy Gateway

Verified by Synergy Gateway is available through a secure username and password.     

Login instructions will be emailed to your school email account (DC Mail) after you have completed your course registrations. We strongly encourage you to collect your document requirements in advance, so you are ready to upload the documents to your profile once you receive your login credentials.

You will receive an email with your login credentials within 48 hours of completing your course registration.

Verified Fees

There are costs associated with ERV, immunizations, lab tests and certifications. Be sure to keep all of your receipts for income tax purposes.

• To avoid booking and paying for multiple appointments throughout the year we strongly suggest you gather all of your requirements at one time so that they might be valid for multiple placements if possible.
