Outlook for Windows 7/10

• Right click on the banner image you have chosen. Save the image to your computer.
• In Outlook, select File in the upper left tab, then select Options. In the pop-up window, navigate to Mail on the right-hand side, then select Signatures on the left.
• In the signature box, place the cursor below your name and information at the bottom of your existing signature where you want the banner to appear.
• Click on the Insert Picture icon (mountain with a sun above it) on the right-hand side. It will open the browser so you can find the file you just saved.
• Click on the JPG file and it will then appear under your signature.
• If a URL was provided:
  • Click on the Insert Hyperlink icon (earth symbol with a chain) on the right-hand side and it will open another browser page.
  • Type in or paste the URL provided above.

Outlook for Mac

• Download the provided picture locally to your machine.
• Open Outlook.
• Click Outlook then Preferences on the top menu.
• Open Signatures.
• Select your signature and click edit.
• Click Pictures and Picture from file.
• Select the file you saved locally and insert.
• If a URL was provided above click link with the image still selected.
• Copy and paste the provided URL.
